Hello, I’m Ellen. I work as a Rapid Transformational Practitioner, a Menopause Expert, and a Nurse. However, my primary focus is on helping people navigate life’s challenges with positivity, enabling them to shine.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques developed by the renowned therapist Marisa Peer.
This personalized approach uses elements of Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy to work with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits, and emotions – many of which they have carried since childhood.
In my personal journey through perimenopause and post-menopause, I felt lost and confused about the changes in my body. I tried various solutions but often felt like I was moving backward instead of forward. They say knowledge is power, and through my training with MEG, I finally gained the understanding I needed, and now I want to share it with you.
I frequently engage in conversations with women who are not just grappling with the physical effects of menopause but also finding themselves in a life stage where their children have left home, leaving them uncertain about their role or purpose. Transitioning from being a mother, spouse, or caregiver, many individuals feel like they have lost their sense of self. When combined with menopausal symptoms like sleep disturbances, weight changes, decreased libido, and anxiety, it becomes evident how challenging this period can be. The impact on the entire family can be devastating and often relationships break down during this period.
By leveraging the insights on menopause gained from my personal experience and collaboration with MEG, alongside RTT, I have helped several women to feel empowered and to regain their sense of self, so that they can embrace this transition and thrive.
Every RTT session is personalised and focuses on addressing the key concerns of each person; for example, RTT can help you overcome anxiety, insomnia, grief, and loss, and even assist you with metabolism and circulation.
RTT is about creating a safe environment, where I guide you into a state of deep relaxation and work with you to explore the obstacles holding you back. Through methods such as Cell Command Therapy and the Healing Vortex, I assist in reframing beliefs and helping you to find your path towards progress.
When the face-to-face session is complete you advance the work with a personalised audio recording to listen to for 21-30 days, which helps to reinforce what we have done and helps to build and create new neural pathways, rewiring your brain to establish beneficial and long-lasting change going forward.
This impactful treatment offers fast long lasting results in as little as 1-3 sessions, each session lasts around 2 hours.

Ellen and I are part of the Global Menopause Experts Group (MEG) family and we collaborated on the MEG submission (with others) for the Australian Senate Inquiry into Menopause Care in Australia. It was through this process that I became interested to learn more about RTT and the benefits of this treatment for menopausal women.
