I see you; I feel you; I am you, because I am living through the experience of Perimenopause right now! My personal journey inspired me to keep asking questions and to keep learning, so that I could help as many women as possible. I am a Licensed Menopause Champion, (or as I like to call myself “Meno Concierge”) as certified by Menopause Experts Group and I am proud to be working in partnership with them, because it means I can relate my personal experience in more detail than what you have already seen and provide you with the most up to date information and research on Menopause.

I’ve always been a businesswoman that could function with lots of complex tasks on the go simultaneously… then menopause hit! For me it was honestly like an out of body experience, I didn’t recognise myself physically or emotionally anymore. Would be in meetings and go to introduce a colleague of 15 years and my mind was blank, I couldn’t remember their name! I tried tough it out but eventually sought help and went on HRT, it was life changing, and I feel more like myself.

Every woman's experience with menopause is unique, and it's essential to seek support and guidance from healthcare professionals and loved ones during this transitional period. If you're going through menopause or know someone who is, it's important to approach the experience with empathy and understanding.

It is really helpful and strangely feels good to talk with someone who understands the pain I am feeling.

I have reached out to a few gyno's in my area and have an appointment in a couple of weeks time, so I begin my journey again....
