Movement it is an essential part of overall wellbeing and is the first ingredient of my mantra. Movement!

Personally I need to move every day, I simply feel much better when I do. Moving for just 5-15 mins a day helps so many aspects of your life, in Meno or otherwise, it is fun for all the family, including your fur child!

Movement, as in the the physical act of moving, helps you sleep better, improves your concentration, connection with others, raises your energy levels, improves your confidence, boosts your mood, releases stress, lowers anxiety and, improves your metabolism.

Mimi Moon Meno encourages daily movement for a part of your day in a way that works for you, to keep you moving in the right direction and guess what Movement is more than just moving your body……….it is the community that you become a part of when you engage with us, welcome aboard!
