Where's your head at?
Mindset Matters!

Mindset is more than just positive thoughts. Mindset is about intentionally surrounding yourself with positivity, literally. And it is the second ingredient in my mantra. Mindset!

I found my mind wandering a lot to negative spaces and I and would often think, where is my head at? or where is my mind? I worked really hard on making modifications to ensure I actively practiced positivity. Mindset draws on my personal experience, knowledge and understanding of how to support yourself through daily positive mindset practices, with colour and crystals, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, and generosity (GG) and breathwork and like most things Meno, it usually takes a combination of practices to have your headset supported for positive thoughts, for you and those around you.

Your Meno journey is going to be much better if you can be a positive thinker! Make the best out of every situation. Focus on what you can control and let go of what you cannot. Find ways to improve each situation and the lesson to learn. Remember that Positively Charged objects attract each other!

Other elements of a positive mindset include as many other mindful practices that we can share, so let us know how you tune your mindset to positivity via the contact page Here!
