Primenopause and Menopause awareness, information and support for women experiencing this life change

The below links are made up of the key questions that I keep getting asked about. I reached out to my team of medical practitioners and health specialists and asked for their help to bring you information, because as I said at the start, this stage of life is all about learning about yourself and your body in a new way.

It is not designed to be exhaustive, and there are other organisations who you can connect with that will have much more information, but If you have some questions and want to learn from others advice and experience then you are in the right place.

No one has been paid, or sponsored, this is simply women helping other women and I cannot express enough my gratitude to everyone who has taken the time to jump in and help me to help you. I am dreaming up an event where we can meet you in person and hear your challenges and successes in your Meno journey and share more information face to face right here in Adeliade, so watch this space!

If you have a question that you can’t find an answer for, let us know and we will do our best to get you (and the countless other women who have the same question) the answer. If you are a professional and would like to contribute content in your area of expertise, we would love to hear from you and if you would like to let us know about your journey, please connect with us Here!

I am not a Doctor or a medical professional, I am just a regular chick that is looking to raise awareness about the Meno change. All information provided on this website is from my own personal experience, research, and collaboration with professionals in their chosen field of expertise. You can see the professionals I have engaged with on my journey at the Meno reference page Here!
